There's no level of shame a porch pirate won't sink to in order to steal packages from your front door, but it doesn't get any trashier than this.
Omar Munoz of Sacramento had a package swiped off his front porch and was shocked when he reviewed his security camera footage. The video shows someone disguised as a bag of garbage slowly walking up to his front door. All you could see were a pair of slippers that were attached to the feet of someone crouched inside a black trash bag. When the thief got to the door, they can be seen sliding the package under the bag and then slowly walking away from the door.
Munoz says the package wasn't anything very expensive and he was even a little amused. He says, "At first, I was kind of angry because it was something I wasn't expecting. But at the end of the day, it was kind of funny. I take everything in the good way because that’s part of life. If you see the bad way of everything, you’re going nowhere."
