Police Find A Mom In Backseat As Eight-Year-Old Drives Car

In St. Louis, police discovered an eight-year-old kid behind the wheel of a car…traveling the wrong direction on the road. Once they were able to pull the kid over, they discovered their mother, Latonta Mayes-Gale, asleep in the backseat. Cops report being told by the eight-year-old that their mom “could no longer drive and instructed him to take over.” There was also a three-year-old child in the car unsecured. Neither police nor prosecutors have given a reason as to why the mom was crashed in the backseat of the car.
