A Florida man recently learned that theft is a crime, even if you were drunk and high at the time and returned the stolen item.
32-year-old Daniel Saez is accused of stealing a school bus in Sarasota and driving it to Miami. He then turned around and drove it back, but was stopped by police. Saez told cops he was drunk and high when he stole the bus, but since he brought it back and wasn't drunk and high anymore, they're all good now. Cops disagreed and arrested him for grand theft auto and booked into the county jail. (WFTS-TV Tampa)
