Over a dozen Wells Fargo remote workers were just given the boot after the company accused them of “simulation of keyboard activity.” After a review, Wells Fargo determined that these axed employees were creating an “impression of active work.” Online, you can buy a “mouse jiggler” for around $20, which is what they were suspected of using. These “jigglers,” sales of which skyrocketed during the pandemic, “keep your screen active and move your cursor in convincingly random ways.”
