How’s your day going? Last week, homeowners in Pomfret, Connecticut could literally describe theirs as “crappy.” On Tuesday, a truck hauling manure rolled over at a neighborhood intersection, spilling its contents over the lawns of two property owners. Unfortunately, the aroma of the spillage wasn’t contained to just those two land parcels. One homeowner, Ann Bedard, called it a “waterfall of brown” and said it looked like “a sewer coming out of the truck.” The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, and a professional clean-up crew came to the scene to help make it less turd-riffic.
