The man who stole a New York City tow truck that was taking away his vehicle in a reported repossession has been found by authorities. Russell Laiosa is now facing a host of charges, including “robbery, grand larceny auto, reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident, and eleven counts of property damage from the multiple cars the truck that was being towed scraped into as he made his escape in the stolen tow truck…allegedly. Laiosa does have one defender, however, in his father…who said his son was “convinced he was getting robbed.”

Cops Looking For Owner Of Bag Containing 34 Pounds Of Ketamine
If you’re a traveler who was recently visiting Dulles Airport, in Virginia, with a suitcase loaded with 34 pounds of ketamine, U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents would like to have a chat with you. Agents discovered the suitcase after it arrived at the airport from Amsterdam, and estimate it has a street value of around $900K. Whoever the suitcase belonged to, they didn’t have the common courtesy to fill out a luggage tag to make it easier for it to be returned to them.
