The hottest foam party in Europe last week wasn't in Ibiza or Mykonos. It was in a quiet English town called Dukinfield where streets, homes and cars were covered in a mysterious white foam.
Residents were stunned when the foam suddenly appeared. They were confused because no one knows what caused it. All they know so far is that it came from a nearby river and the Environmental Agency is investigating it. As of now, it is believed that something was dumped into the river at the source, but it's unclear what it was and if it poses a risk to the environment. (BBC)
