A new report found that despite the freedom to take as many days off as they want, employees with unlimited PTO only take about 16 days off per year on average. That’s just two days more than those with limited PTO, who take around 14 days. That said, a lot of people still love the idea of unlimited PTO. About 1 in 5 would turn down a job if it didn’t offer this perk, and 43% think all companies should offer it. Seems the idea of having all that freedom is just as appealing as the actual days off.
