A Florida drunk driver is under arrest, despite his girlfriend's best effort to take responsibility for his reckless driving.
A sheriff's deputy stopped 53-year-old Ronny White after seeing his vehicle nearly strike the curb multiple times. The deputy approached the driver's side window and immediately detected the smell of alcohol on White's breath. He asked White if "everything is ok" and that's when his female companion, 48-year-old Dianne Dash, interrupted and explained that his reckless driving was her fault because "It’s my birthday and I was rubbing all over him trying to get him excited."
The deputy then asked White, "other than her rubbing all over you, is everything else ok with you?” White replied "yes" and agreed to a field sobriety test, which he failed. he then refused to take a breath test and was arrested for driving under the influence. (The Smoking Gun)
