A new documentary claims that Jim Morrison is alive and well…and enjoying the quiet life in Syracuse, New York. “Before the End: Searching for Jim Morrison” is a new series streaming on Apple TV. In it, the filmmakers claim that the Lizard King is now going by the name of “Frank.” Frank apparently has a scar on his nose where Morrison once had a mole, and his brown eyes are said to be colored contact lenses. In addition, Frank’s Facebook page has a 2013 photograph taken with John Densmore, the original drummer for The Doors…and several of Frank’s friends are also “friends” of the late Morrison. Filmmaker Jeff Finn theorizes that Morrison took on the Frank persona after the “real” Frank of the same first, middle, and last name passed away in 2015…and he claims that Morrison’s social security number is still active in New York State. By the way.. .if true, Jim would be 83 now.
