Forget quiet quitting. These days, workers are revenge quitting. Basically, it’s a big “take this job and shove it” approach, where people who are tired of low wages and lousy treatment quit their jobs in a dramatic, disruptive way – like leaving in the middle of a shift, quitting at a really busy time of year, and even sharing negative opinions about the company publicly.
"This is the new idea of people choosing to quit their jobs in the most inconvenient way possible in order to disrupt the business," creator Ben Askins says in a viral TikTok. “It’s a form of protest against what they perceived as unfair treatment.”
