A Lexington, Kentucky mother learned first-hand the danger that can come when you let your kid play with your phone. Holly LaFavers, of Lexington, Kentucky, was hit with a $4,000 tab after her eight-year-old son, Liam, decided that it would be a good investment to order 70K Dum-Dum suckers from Amazon to share with his friends. Holly says she tried stopping the order, but by the time she learned what had happened, it was too late, and 22 boxes of lollipops were at her door. Fortunately, she was able to work with her bank and Amazon to get the money refunded, and she’s since changed a few settings around on her device to keep that from happening again.
