Ever wished you could sneak into a wedding just for the food, music, and good vibes? Believe it or not, there’s now a website that helps make that happen—legally.
NotAWeddingCrasher.com launched about a month ago, created by Jeff and Karina Besen. The couple says they got married young and started a family early, which made it harder to attend weddings like they used to. Their solution? Build a platform that connects couples getting married with strangers who would love to celebrate with them.
Through the site, engaged couples can invite people they’ve never met to attend their big day. So far, roughly 300 would‑be guests have signed up, and six weddings are currently listed as “live,” meaning they’re open to new attendees.
Of course, it’s not a total free‑for‑all. Guests still need an official invite, a contribution is expected based on the event, and the couple getting married has the final say on who makes the guest list.
It’s a modern twist on wedding crashing—minus the sneaking around.
