Old Dominion returns home on world tour

Old Dominion has announced the dates for their “Happy Endings” nationwide tour and Roanoke is one of their stops. The band will perform at Berglund Center on Saturday, October 27, 2018 along with Michael Ray, Granger Smith, Walker Hayes and High Valley.

Two of the band members are from Botetourt County. Whit Sellers, the drummer, attended Lord Botetourt High School and lead singer, Matt Ramsey, is a graduate of James River High School.

Old Dominion was named country group of the year at the 53rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards earlier this month.

“Happy Endings” is the band’s latest album and made it to the number one spot on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart and number seven in the Billboard All Genre category.

Tickets to the concert go on sale Friday, May 4, at 10:00 a.m.
