A Lynchburg man is raising funds for Hurriane Dorian relief through music. Jamie Trent wrote and recorded an original song titled 'Destination Ocracoke'. Give it a listen below.
Trent lives in Lynchburg, but has been vacationing in the Outer Banks for decades.
He says he was inspired to write the song a few years, but only recently released it as a way to raise money to help those affected in the area while hopefully raising their spirits.
The song is available on Amazon for $.99 and will be available for purchase on iTunes soon.
100 percent of the proceeds will go to the Outer Banks Community Foundation.
