We also talk about the upcoming SafeTalk Class being offered for free on October 10, 2019 in Lynchburg, 5:30 to 8:30 PM, at the YMCA Express on Old Forest Road. SafeTalk is a free 3 hour class that provides training in suicide alertness skills and teaches the 4 basic steps to create a lifesaving connection using widely used techniques to help steer someone away from suicide.
