Ground has been officially broken for the 2024 Central Virginia St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway!
This year's home is located on Elmwood Ave. in the Rivermont Ave. area of Lynchburg in the new Blackwater Run neighborhood.
The 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is once again being built by Custom Structures, Inc.
Last year, the Central Virginia Dream Home was built in the Trent's Landing neighborhood in Campbell County and raised $1.2 million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN to help in the treatment -- and cure -- of childhood cancer.
This year's giveaway will begin in May when you'll be able to reserve your ticket, with the drawing for the lucky winner taking place live on ABC 13 - WSET on Wednesday, August 21, 2024.
