Ella Langley debuted the title track of her highly-anticipated sophomore record after announcing the project’s release date earlier this week.

Langley, 26, released “Dandelion” on Friday (January 30). The Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music award-winning artist wrote the song with Joybeth Taylor, Austin Goodloe and Brett Tyler. “Dandelion” is the second track to release from Langley’s upcoming studio album, following “Choosin’ Texas,” which she wrote with Taylor, Luke Dick and Miranda Lambertwho said “it’s been an honor” to co-produce the project with her and Ben West. “I cherish your friendship sister. You are a Dandelion and I can’t wait for the world to hear this.”

Dandelion follows hungover, Langley’s debut album that arrived in 2024, followed by 19-track deluxe edition, still hungover, in 2025. Langley’s first-ever studio album included the title track, her viral duet with Riley Green (“you look like you love me”), “better be tough,” “paint the town blue,” “weren’t for the wind” and more.
