Mark Hamill Gets Honored In Hollywood - "Star Wars" actor Mark Hamill is the latest entertainment figure to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The longtime actor, best known for his portrayal of Luke Skywalker, received the honor yesterday and was joined by R2-D2, "Star Wars' creator George Lucas and co-star Harrison Ford, among others.
"These will be brief remarks because words truly fail me," Hamill said. "It's hard to convey my gratitude, my joy, the exhilaration of being recognized this way."
Hamill concluded his acceptance speech by thanking the millions of devoted fans around the world and those in attendance, before saying, "may the force be with each and everyone of you." Source: UPI
