Tim McGraw, who is well-known for his dedication to physical training, wasn't always a gym rat. In fact, he didn't decide to get into shape until his daughter Gracie made a remark about his appearance.
He tells CMT, "My kids were younger, and we were at the theater, and all the sudden the trailer for Four Christmases popped up, and my face popped up on the screen. And my oldest daughter said, 'Geez, Dad. You really need to do something.' And the next day, I was in the gym.”
His new fitness club, TRUMAV Fitness, opened in Nashville on Friday.
