CMT: CELEBRATE OUR HEROES: Country Stars Celebrate Frontline Workers

CMT and country music stars united Wednesday night for CMT: Celebrate Our Heroes,a musical show of support to the front-line workers who have made sacrifices to serve America during a time of global pandemic. 

In addition to recognizing military personnel, medical professionals, first responders, educators, retail workers, farmers, innovators, food service providers, municipality employees and more, they also remembered to those who have lost their lives to COVID-19

In between stories of personal experiences from front-line workers, celebrities including CMT’s Cody Alan, radio personality Bobby Bones, Olivia Munn, Sean Penn, Kristen Bell, Lauren DaigleScarlett Johansson andGary Sinise, and an array of country stars, including Blake Shelton, Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Schlapman, Carrie Underwood, Lee Brice, Jake Owen, Reba McEntireKeith Urban and Zac Brown, were featured.

Viewers were also invited to tweet their thanks to the front-line workers using the hashtag: #CMTCelebratesOurHeroes and to check out other opportunities to learn and help at CMT One Country.
