Police blotter: Man Arrested On 'Suspicion' Of DUI After Ramming Into Police Car: A man was arrested in Washington State Sunday night on 'suspicion of DUI,' which may be an understatement. A Sumas Police Department officer had a commercial vehicle pulled over around 9:30 p.m. Sunday night, and during the traffic stop an SUV struck the police car from behind. The officer and the driver of the SUV were both taken to the hospital with minor injuries; the officer was discharged to his home, and the driver was discharged into custody.
