Man Accused Of Stealing TVs From Walmart And Selling Them In The Parking Lot: Donald Kirkland allegedly came up with what sounded like the perfect plan. He’s accused of stealing three TVs, a karaoke machine, and camping equipment from a Walmart in Knoxville, Tennessee and then started selling them in the parking lot. A store manager saw Kirkland loading one of the TVs into a cart and called the police, who arrested Kirkland after a brief foot chase.
