T-REX SKELETON UP FOR AUCTION
If you're interested in purchasing a fossil of a Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton, you're in luck -- one will be going up for auction in November.
The fossil, named Shen, is 43 feet long and 16 feet tall -- and weighs in at over 3000 pounds. It's 66 to 68 million years old and is expected to sell for between $15 million and $25 million when it goes up for sale at Christie's in Hong Kong.
The winning bidder will get full ownership rights -- and, if they want, will be allowed to rename the skeleton.
