Sheriff's Wife Popped For DUI: The wife of the Sonoma County Sheriff allegedly crashed into a house and injured a person in their home. Sheriff Eddie Engram put out a statement on Facebook about his wife Natasha Whittinghill, saying, "Last night my wife was involved in a DUI crash. Her car hit a house, causing damage, and the one person inside the home was injured," Engram added, "As was appropriate, she was arrested and is facing DUI-related charges in the incident being handled by the Santa Rosa Police Department." Victim Lorrie Johnson, 58, recalled the moment a car came through her wall at 1 am while she was watching soap operas. “There’s this massive, massive boom. My television is a 75, 80-inch TV coming towards me. With debris and two-by-fours with nails. I’m pinned to the chair with my little dog on me just screaming." As for the state of the sheriff’s wife, police say Wittinghall was visibly intoxicated and then "got belligerent” before falling into the bushes”.

Guy Shoots At Tow Truck Driver After Car Is Towed: Footage of a tow truck driver in Albuquerque being shot at by an angry car owner shows that no job is safe from violence. Gerald Madrid, owner of Madrid Towing, says when one of his drivers was dispatched to tow a car that was parked illegally, the owner of the car became enraged. Madrid said when his driver stopped at a light on the way to the tow yard, a silver SUV pulled up behind him, got a gun, and started firing at the driver’s truck. Fortunately, the driver was able to speed away, though his truck was riddled with bullet holes. Meanwhile, the assailant was easy to nab due to the truck having recorded the whole thing, and the fact an ID and Social Security card were left in the towed vehicle. So, it was only a matter of time before 44-year-old Antwan Woods was arrested. Woods is now in custody awaiting a hearing. Meanwhile, he’s had several charges, including domestic violence, brought before him in New Mexico.
