Traffic on a stretch of Interstate 80 in Nebraska was shut down for seven hours last Thursday when a cattle truck collided with a burrito truck.
State police say the truck that was hauling burritos had to slow down for traffic, but a truck carrying 60 cows behind it wasn't able to slow down fast enough and rear-ended it. The cattle truck ended up in a ditch and frozen burritos were tossed all over the westbound lanes of traffic. Luckily, neither driver was hurt. The cows were checked out and loaded onto another truck to continue their journey. Crews needed several hours to clean up the burritos and the wrecked trucks. (KLKN-TV)
