Women File Report Against Guy Who Won't Stop Exposing Himself: Female tenants in a high-rise in downtown Chicago are finally complaining to the police and building management company after what they say is years of a resident in the building next door exposing himself through his floor-to-ceiling windows. One resident even claims that “For 10-to-15 minutes a day he will go near the windows and expose himself and touch himself.” Another woman claims the man has exposed himself 68 times in 10 months, often making eye contact, holding up signs saying, “come over” and even walking to other rooms, mirroring the woman’s behavior. Surprisingly, cops haven’t charged the approximately 70-year-old man with a crime since he’s technically in his own home. The man promised cops he’d lower his blinds and stop exposing himself to the women, though the women claim the man’s terrible behavior is alive and well.
