A two-pound hunk of metal recently crashed through the roof of a home in Naples, Florida, and now NASA is working to determine whether the International Space Station may be missing a piece.
Alejandro Otero says his son was home on March 8th when the item came through the roof. Luckily he was not harmed. He called the police and the object was eventually turned over to NASA which began analyzing it. The agency eventually determined that it was part of a pallet of batteries that was reported to have broken off the International Space Station while it was over the Gulf of Mexico.
