A new study from the British Journal of Sports Medicine gives insight on how you can potentially extend your life five to ten years. The study found that “low levels of physical activity” can cut off as many years from a person’s life as “smoking or high blood pressure.” So, in short, it took a scientific study to find that moving your body and being active is good for you and can extend your life.
