Police in Florida have arrested a man who was found inside a stranger's house with no pants and in possession of a carpet cleaner.
Cops in Winter Haven say they received a 911 call from residents of the home saying they were awoken by a loud bang at the front door. They then found a man in the living room wearing only a shirt and no pants or shoes. They also noted that he was holding a carpet cleaner that belongs to the owner of the house. One of the residents yelled at him to leave, and the man dropped the cleaning device and ran out.
Officers arrived to the area within minutes and arrested 23-year-old Austin Alexander. He told them he had no recollection of breaking into a home because he was on methamphetamine. He's charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling and is being held in the county jail. It's unclear why he had no pants or what he intended to do with the carpet cleaner. (Fox News)
