Finding a job you love can be challenging, but some companies make it easier to be happy to come to work every day. A new ranking of the best places to work in the country has just come out and it’s based on those who would know best - the people who work there.
- Top Workplaces USA’s winners for 2025 have just been revealed.
- The rankings are based solely on employee feedback in surveys.
- Companies with at least 150 employees are eligible and this year over 39-thousand workplaces nationwide were invited to participate and 2,251 of them did.
- Out of all those companies, which one is the best to work for? Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation tops the list.
- The mortgage lending company holds onto the title it also won last year.
