I wonder if whoever invented “scratch ’n sniff” would be proud of what it’s being used for? Billie, a women's body care brand, has launched a new advertising campaign in New York City to promote its aluminum-free deodorant. There are posters up around the city showing an enormous armpit, letting people “scratch ‘n sniff” to get a sample of the fragrance of the new deodorant.
The campaign is getting a lot of attention, including from some curious noses. The posters are set to be up through Friday, May 16th, so there’s plenty of time for everyone to make a trip to NYC and smell someone’s armpit in the name of marketing. As a bonus, there are multiple scents, so people can smell several different armpits during the campaign.
