In another batch of declassified CIA documents, there are reports of three alien bases that were supposedly located through “remote viewing.”
- In 1986, a remote viewer claimed to have seen one called the Titan base, where two “male technician-types” seated at a control panel while being supervised by an “attractive female with brown shoulder-length hair, wearing a pale green lab coat”
- A second base was apparently remotely viewed at Alaska’s Mount Hayes, where “two entities” were found, but contact wasn’t able to be made while they were “accomplishing some sort of routine task”
- The third base was located in either Africa or South America, where there were once again “two entities”…one with a “very large, round-shaped head on a slender neck” and the other almost “human-like.” Apparently, that second alien was “aware” of the remote viewer’s presence, but was friendly
None of this information was ever conclusively proven, and the project was eventually shut down in 1995 after it was determined it “wasn’t going to be useful for intelligence operations.”
