In Washington State, drivers soon might not be able to speed…no matter how much they want to. The BEAM Act was signed into law on March 12th, and will require drivers to install “a device that limits the speed of cars” in accordance with the posted legal limits they’re being driven in. The new law is expected to be enforced starting in 2029.
