America Has A New Top-Selling Beer

Michelob Ultra has snagged the title of America’s best-selling beer, knocking Modelo Especial out of the top spot. The light lager dominated both retail shelves and bar taps over the past year, marking a rebound for parent company AB InBev after Bud Light’s sales collapse following its controversial ad campaign. Constellation Brands, which owns Modelo and Corona, is struggling as Hispanic consumers, who make up half its market, cut back amid economic pressures and immigration concerns.
