Coca-Cola Mystery solved

 A YouTube video from a science influencer named LabCoatz has gone viral — not because there are so many science lovers out there, but because he figured out one of the most closely guarded secrets of all time — the recipe for Coca-Cola. In his 25‑minute video, LabCoatz explains that he spent a full year testing every so‑called "leaked recipe" on the internet, and none of them came close. So, he teamed up with two other science YouTubers and broke the drink down to its chemical fingerprint. They figured out the ingredients are sugar, caffeine, phosphoric acid, caramel color, oils, and spices. But the "a ha" moment came when they added in tannins — the same compounds found in tea and wine. Once they added wine tannins, everything clicked. Lab tests showed the replica was nearly identical to the real thing, and taste testers were stunned. One said, "I wasn’t expecting it to taste so much like Coke." Another added, "If you sold this on shelves, I’d buy it."  Video below.
