A forearm tattoo led to something far beyond just some new cool body art for an unidentified 36-year-old man. The man got far more than he bargained for when he got the red flower ink work. About four months after getting the work done, he started experiencing “severe itching, skin peeling, and a rash” around the tattoo. Shortly thereafter, the irritation spread all over his body, and he started losing his hair and gradually lost the ability to sweat. All of this has since been attributed to the red ink used for the tattoo. Today, his hair has started to grow back, but he still can’t sweat properly and uses spray bottles to cool himself. He’s got a nice tattoo, though.
