Study: This Much Coffee May Actually Lower Stress:

Good news for coffee lovers: the sweet spot for actually lowering stress isn’t cutting back, it’s sipping about 2 to 3 cups a day. A massive long-term study found this moderate range is linked to a lower risk of anxiety and depression, while drinking too little or way too much can cancel out the benefits. Even better, the mood boost doesn’t come from caffeine alone, since decaf showed similar effects thanks to other compounds in coffee that may support brain health. While it’s not a magic fix, the findings suggest your daily brew might be doing more for your mental well-being than just waking you up.

Speaking of coffee.. Cream before coffee, or coffee before cream?

If you're a coffee drinker who takes your cup of joe with milk or cream, you know exactly how much you like. But the question is, when do you add the creamer ... before you pour the coffee or after? If you said "before," congratulations! You're a smart coffee drinker. According to barista and founder of Home Coffee Expert Matt Woodburn-Simmonds, it's best to add the creamer before the coffee because everything mixes naturally — no spoon required. Most people splash in creamer after the coffee so they can see how much they’re using, but that usually means more stirring afterward. Taste‑wise, he says there’s no real difference. The benefit is all about smoother mixing. And if you're a lazy person, adding the creamer first saves you a step and the need to dirty a spoon.
